Slam by Onyx
This 1993 rap song became Onyx's breakthrough hit, reaching No. 4 on Billboard Hot 100.
“Slam! Da duh duh! Da duh duh! / Let the boys be boys! / Slam! Da duh duh! Da duh duh! / Make noise, b-boys!”

“Instinct leads me to another flow (flow) / Every time I hear a brother call a girl a b***h or a ho / Trying to make a sister feel low / You know all of that gots to go.”
Come Inside by Intro
Intro's 1993 R&B hit earned a Top 40 Billboard Hot 100 placement and a Hot R&B Songs chart hit.
“(Let me) let me, come inside / (I’ll keep you) I’ll keep you satisfied, tonight / If you want me, if you need me / (Let me) turn down all the lights.”
Fade Into You by Mazzy Star
Mazzy Star's 1993 song was their only Billboard Hot 100 entry and remains nostalgic.
