In brief
The Colombian star kept the pregnancy quiet for five months, then introduced his son with four words and a date. Maluma is now a father of two, and he built the whole pregnancy around privacy before sharing a single photo. Originally reported by Billboard.
Maluma is a dad again
The Colombian singer announced his second child on Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 15. His son arrived the day before.
Four words, one date

The caption was just the baby's name and a birthday, paired with a black-and-white photo of him holding the newborn beside partner Susana Gómez.
“Orión Londoño Gómez. 09/14/26”
Second child since 2020

Maluma and Gómez have been together since 2020 and had their daughter París in 2024. He called those first two weeks of fatherhood the best thing he had ever lived through.
“My first 15 days as a Dad, this is the best thing I've ever experienced in my life.”
A Mother's Day reveal
On May 10, he announced the pregnancy with a photo of París kissing Gómez's bump. He later told Billboard, at his Medellín estate, that they were expecting a boy.
Five months of silence
The couple hid the pregnancy for five months on purpose. He wanted to be home with her instead of managing the news cycle around it.
“Just being at home as a couple and savoring the moment.”
A big touring year ahead
He released his seventh album, Loco X Volver, in May, and a world tour follows in 2027-2028, his first since Don Juan. He also joins Billboard Latin Music Week in Miami in October.
