Images of dead women found in Philadelphia home

“There's tons of pictures of lots of people, women posed in different positions within that house.”

Owner arrested, basement lab discovered

Eugene Horsch was arrested in June on weapons and narcotics charges. Agents searching his home found chemicals, a basement laboratory, and more than a million pieces of digital evidence inside.

Scale of evidence presents major challenge

The scope of more than a million pieces of digital material presented a significant challenge not only at the scene but in the work that followed to organize, process, and determine investigative or forensic value.

Video shows alleged strangling in 2017

Horsch's father Raymond Horsch lived at the house until his death in 2025. The FBI has reviewed thirty percent of the digital evidence, including one two thousand seventeen video appearing to show Raymond strangling a woman.

Missing woman's family seeks answers

Amy McHale was married to Raymond Horsch from two thousand four to two thousand seven. Her family told CBS News she disappeared in two thousand sixteen after telling them she was at Horsch's home.

“She really was a great grandmother to my children. She would not walk out on her grandchildren.”

Family believes McHale died in the house

McHale's mother and daughter say they want answers about her disappearance. They believe something happened to her in the house that night and do not think she ever came out of the house on Chew.

“I think something happened to her in that house that night, but I don't know one hundred percent, and I think it's not good. I don't think she's coming back.”
