In the days around when Alfozan allegedly installed the recording device on September twenty-eight, OpenAI executives met with government officials in that very room, prosecutors said.

Alfozan's iPhone contained photographs dated September twenty-two to twenty-eight depicting at least one additional concealed device and input output panels on televisions in various OpenAI buildings, including another conference room.
