Caviar, lobster milanese and a spam dog with pineapple fried rice: a first taste of SoFi Stadium's 2026 food lineup. Skip the club envy. The brisket from the regular concessions stand beat the steak on the exclusive menu. Originally reported by California Post.
LA on a plate

Ahead of the September 13 opener, SoFi rolled out a menu built around Mexican, Italian, Asian and American food. Senior Executive Chef Omar Almaraz says it mirrors the city itself.
“We want to show fans that come and follow their team from around the country really what LA has to offer”
Your ticket is your menu

There are effectively three tiers: concessions for the general crowd, about a dozen clubs, and private suites. Each gets a different食 lineup.
The brisket wins

Order it as a barbecue platter or in the viral brisket burrito. Juicy, smokey, and better than the steak on the pricier club menu.
“The brisket was just as good if not better than the steak I tried from the more exclusive club menu.”
Tacos, waffles, spam dog

The taco station nails fresh tortillas and a thick avocado sauce, though the meat runs salty. Chicken and waffles get a maple vinaigrette, and the spam dog arrives under pineapple fried rice.
Inside the clubs and suites

Club guests get lobster milanese, but the soyrizo and potato tacos with vegan feta beat it on flavor. Suites add caviar, a Korean bulgogi cheesesteak, yucca fries with crispy pork belly.
Save room for dessert

Vietnamese coffee flan sits on the concessions menu, while matcha white chocolate cake and churro cheesecake land soft, moist and not too sweet.
“football clearly isn't the only attraction at SoFi Stadium this season”
The key point
Skip the club envy. The brisket from the regular concessions stand beat the steak on the exclusive menu.
