The same pattern each time

All inside one hour

Police put the three reported attacks between 8 and 9 p.m. on Friday, a tight window that suggests one person moving quickly through the area.

“The reported incidents occurred on Friday at the following locations between 8 and 9 p.m.”

Three blocks, close together

The locations were the 3400 block of North Springfield Avenue, the 3900 block of North Cornelia Avenue and the 3300 block of North Avers Avenue.

What police say he wore

The alert describes a Hispanic man roughly 20 to 40 years old in a dark polo shirt with a red stripe, a dark baseball cap and white sneakers.
