Kaitlin Rose Wagner Zbonski, 29, was killed about 3 p.m. Wednesday on the Ontario Street feeder ramp after hitting a wall.
Illinois State Police report
Illinois State Police said Zbonski struck a concrete wall and went over the wall, landing in the southbound lanes just before 3 p.m.
Death confirmation
Zbonski was pronounced dead shortly before 4 p.m. at Stroger Hospital, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Road closure
Several lanes shut down by the crash were reopened around 6 p.m.
