Dylan O'Brien and Rachael Lange, from soft launch to silence
Three years of pumpkin patches, temples and dog walks, and then both her accounts vanished.
In brief
Three years of pumpkin patches, temples and dog walks, and then both her accounts vanished. A couple this private never announces anything, so the only breakup evidence fans get is what disappears from the internet. Originally reported by Cosmopolitan.
A very quiet three years
Dylan O'Brien and model Rachael Lange have been linked since early 2023. Neither has ever confirmed much, which is why a September 10 podcast episode set fans off.
Held hands in Paris
The first sighting was January 2023, hands linked at Alexandre Mattiussi's Menswear Fall/Winter show during Paris Fashion Week. He then walked the red carpet alone.
The pumpkin patch dump
In October 2023 Rachael slipped two photos of Dylan into an autumn carousel on her Instagram, twirling her around and picking gourds. That account is now deleted.
“She snuck not one, but two pics of Dylan in an autumn-themed photo dump”
A dollhouse with them inside
By December 2023 he was kissing her cheek in front of the Christmas tree, and she posted a dollhouse she had filled with paper cutouts of the two of them.
Japan, Thailand, Switzerland
They travelled constantly. A 2024 trip to Japan, then Thailand in April 2025 for temples and feeding bananas to elephants, then Switzerland that October.
Caught kissing in New York
DeuxMoi ran photos in May 2025 of the two kissing while walking their dog. They were papped on the same kind of low-key NYC dog walk again in June 2026.
Out together in public
February 2026 put them inside the Film Independent Spirit Awards at the Hollywood Palladium. In March he crashed her girls' trip to Vegas and played the slots.
Then she deleted everything
Dylan turned up at the US Open and Toronto International Film Festival alone, and Rachael wiped her Instagram and TikTok. Neither has said a word about it.
“Dylan was spotted at the US Open and then, days later, at the Toronto International Film Festival...both times without Rachael.”
The bottom line
A couple this private never announces anything, so the only breakup evidence fans get is what disappears from the internet.
