Patrick Ball, the reason half the internet is watching The Pitt, has been in a serious relationship with actor Elysia Roorbach. The two keep it quiet.

A dancer from Maine

Roorbach grew up in Farmington and danced with Maine State Ballet, per the Portland Press Herald. The flexibility shows up all over her Instagram.

NYU drama, plus everything else

She holds a drama degree from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and her Backstage profile lists model, singer and actor. Prime Video's We Were Liars season 2 is next.

She played Willow Baptiste

In season 2 of The Pitt she walks into the E.R. as a patient who super-glued fake lashes onto her eyes. The doctor assigned to her happens to be Dr. Langdon.

“It was so special that I'd come from hair and make-up and my scene partner would walk in, and it was Patrick.”

He had nothing to do with it

She auditioned for season 1 and did not make the cut. Ball told HELLO! he had no hand in her casting, and she did not know they would share scenes until she got the part.

“We get to turn around and play pretend together again: I get to be her doctor, and [her character] wanted nothing to do with me.”

They met doing a play

Both worked on the 2023 Miami production Las Aventuras de Juan Planchard and drew strong reviews. That job is also where they fell for each other.
