Third place, then a crown
She finished third on The X Factor in 2009, then won I'm A Celebrity a year later. That double made her a fixture for ITV bosses.
Past the ten million mark
Her fortune crossed £10million this year and is still climbing fast. Key Map Entertainments Limited reported net assets above £10.1million for the year to June 2025, up from about £7.3million.
Where the money sits
She held £3.8million of investments in 2024 and added £3.5million more in 2025, with a £122,000 upward adjustment. On top of that: £1.6million in cash and £1.7million owed to her.
A property arm of her own
In April she set up Key Map Prop Limited as sole director. On 12 June it bought a large plot immediately north of the new house for £210,000.
A stake in beauty too
She owns 25 per cent of Capello Limited, which trades as the beauty business Rehab and was valued at £3million in 2025. She has also launched a cosmetics line, Belle & Rose, named after her daughters.
Six million followers
Her Instagram audience of roughly six million is the engine behind the deals: Primark womenswear and childrenswear ranges, Asda homeware, and paid partnerships with Jet2 and In The Style.
Primetime on the BBC
Loose Women kept her on daytime, but her own BBC show Sort Your Life Out was the leap. Craft Christmas and Channel 4's Renovation Rescue followed, plus spin-off books.
The Joe Swash effect
She met Swash when she won I'm A Celebrity in 2010 and he hosted the spin-off, having won it himself two years earlier. Their blended family now sits at the centre of the brand.

The move was about land: a big vegetable patch, room to take in animals that need it, and bringing the horses and ponies back. They saw it and fell in love.
