Pentagon lifts the gag on UAP insiders
A legal waiver lets military insiders hand over UAP secrets to a new White House panel without losing their clearance.
In brief
A legal waiver lets military insiders hand over UAP secrets to a new White House panel without losing their clearance. The people who know what is inside UAP programs can now talk to PURSUE without risking their careers, which is the first real test of whether anything is there. Originally reported by Dallas Express.
A waiver, not a leak

The Department of War signed a legal waiver letting people disclose unidentified anomalous phenomena information to designated representatives of a new presidential panel.
Meet PURSUE
The panel is the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters. It gets a protected channel for National Defense Information tied to UAP.
Who is covered
Current and former service members, civilian staff, and contractors can all speak directly to PURSUE officials under the waiver.
NDAs set aside
Civil and administrative penalties in existing nondisclosure and Special Access Program agreements are overridden, but only for material routed to the PURSUE team.
The fear it removes
Insiders had pointed to legal liability, losing their clearance, or administrative punishment as reasons to stay quiet. Those risks are lifted for covered disclosures.
What comes next
The waiver applies inside the United States and opens the door to systematic review and possible declassification of historical and current UAP records. Announced Monday.
