A 42-year-old Waxahachie mother faces two counts of capital murder in the fatal shootings of her two sons Thursday morning.
Emergency response
Deputies responded at 4:13 a.m. on October 1 to a 911 call reporting an emergency in the 900 block of Big Sky Drive in Waxahachie.
Victims reported
Christopher Scott Pitre, 21, died at the scene, while a 15-year-old boy arrived at a hospital in critical condition and later died.
Mother arrested
Deputies found the mother, Colleen Nichole Lemmon, 42, injured at the residence and booked her into the Wayne McCollum Detention Center on two counts of capital murder.
