The X100F still makes sense

Nine years old but still competitive, the Fujifilm X100F offers the best value in the X100 lineup as the newer X100VI commands premium prices and the X100V is expensive used.

Three cameras, one core mission

The X100F, X100V, and X100VI all handle everyday photography similarly, though they differ in sensors, processors, video capability, and weather sealing.

X100F specs at a glance

The X100F features a 24.3-megapixel APS-C X-Trans III sensor, 15 film simulations, a 23mm f/2 lens, and a 3-stop ND filter, but lacks in-body stabilization and weather sealing.

X100VI wins for video creators

The newest model shoots 6.2K video and includes in-body stabilization, making it the clear choice for content creators who need advanced video features and the latest image quality.

X100F embodies the ethos

The X100F remains beautiful, compact, and capable of capturing great images. For many photographers, those core qualities are all they need.

Specs matter less than you think

While newer models offer better sensors, processors, weather sealing, and stabilization, the X100F still delivers the fundamental X100 experience at a much lower price.

The verdict for budget shoppers

If you want an X100 camera without breaking the bank and don't need video or the latest specs, the nine-year-old X100F remains the smartest choice in the lineup.
