The Central Government has established a 31-member Joint Parliamentary Committee to examine the Foreign Contribution Regulation Amendment Bill.

Bihar MP Sanjay Jaiswal will chair the panel, which includes 21 MPs from the Lok Sabha and 10 from the Rajya Sabha spanning multiple political parties.
