Crazy Taxi becomes a comedy
First out of the gate is a film based on Crazy Taxi, apparently a live-action comedy. Dan Gregor and Doug Mand, who wrote last year's Naked Gun reboot, are on the script.
The game lands first
Crazy Taxi World Tour arrives next year, and the movie will likely follow it rather than lead. Netflix is letting the game set the table.

Stranger Than Heaven, the next game from the Yakuza and Like A Dragon studio, is getting a live-action crime movie. The game hits PC and consoles on January 15.
