Realme launches Harry Potter phone

Chinese smartphone maker realme has released the realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition, a collectible Android phone designed for fans of the wizarding franchise.

Second Warner Bros collaboration

This is realme's second partnership with Warner Bros. Last year, the company released a limited edition Game of Thrones version of its Realm 15 Pro.

First batch sells out instantly

The original run sold out within minutes of its release. Realme responded to demand by making a second batch available to purchase on its website.

Magic Brown design with color-changing crest

The phone comes in Magic Brown with an argyle design and leathery finish. A golden Hogwarts crest uses quadra light sensing color-changing technology that transforms under UV light.

“the world's first quadra light sensing color-changing technology”

Themed packaging and accessories included

Buyers receive a leather suitcase with acceptance letter, book list, train ticket, character postcards, four house crest bookmarks, a crest pin, protective case, charger, and USB cable.

Customized software and interface

Realme customized the user interface with Hogwarts wallpaper, film title card boot animation, custom Harry Potter fingerprint effect, and redesigned logos for thirty native applications.

Capable midrange specs and pricing

The realme 16 Pro features twelve gigabytes of RAM, two hundred fifty four gigabytes of ROM, seven hundred milliamp hour battery lasting twenty two hours streaming, and retails for around six hundred fifty seven dollars.
