Chase ends in a PIT
The driver fled, triggering a short pursuit. Officers ended it with a PIT maneuver and took the driver into custody without a struggle.
Suspected drunk driving
The driver was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No one was hit by the officer's gunfire.
Four officers hurt
All four injuries were non-life-threatening and treated. Chief Chris Davis said a couple of them happened before the car ever drove into the crowd, during the arrests.
The link is still unclear
Davis said police don't yet know whether the driver had anything to do with the food truck disturbance. Brown County sheriff's deputies will help investigate the shooting.
