In brief
A V10 campus problem that beat him two years ago, climbed after a run of injuries he thought had cost him his strength. Coming back stronger after injury is worth more than the grade on the scorecard. Originally reported by Gripped Magazine.
A return to London

Emil Abrahamsson went back to a London building he had unfinished business with, and made the first ascent of Oil Money, a V10 campus problem.
Two years in the making
He first tried the problem two years ago and walked away without it. This trip he came back for the send.
Magnus made it famous
The problem got its audience when Magnus Midtbo posted a video of himself trying it, turning a piece of London architecture into a known test piece.
The redemption framing
Abrahamsson set the stakes himself before the attempt, calling it the biggest redemption arc he could ask for.
“This will be like the biggest redemption arc.”
Stronger after the injuries
His logic was simple. Last time he was healthy and failed, so sending it now, after a stretch of injuries, would prove he had gained rather than lost.
“And if I've gotten stronger after all my stupid injuries, that is a huge win for me.”
Where to watch it
The send closes his video I Climbed the Forbidden Building in London, just past the 32 minute mark, though his editing has gotten good enough that the whole thing plays like a short film.
The headline
Coming back stronger after injury is worth more than the grade on the scorecard.
