Packaged gas company Falcon Gases buys Long Beach-based Encore Gas & Supply to launch in Southern California.

The deal gives Falcon an initial platform in Southern California with Encore’s Signal Hill facility and three showrooms in Long Beach, Ontario and Valencia.
