Fatal crash on Malaysian highway
A lorry crashed into a broken-down Perodua Axia on the North-South Expressway near Nilai at 9am, killing the driver and injuring two others.
Car breaks down in second lane
A 32-year-old woman was driving from Melaka towards Perak when her Perodua Axia broke down and stopped in the second lane from the left.
Motorcyclist stops to help
A 22-year-old man riding a Honda RS 150 arrived at the scene and tried to help the woman move her stalled vehicle.
Lorry driver fails to notice
A 24-year-old lorry driver arrived and allegedly failed to see the stopped car and motorcyclist, crashing into both from behind.

Driver pronounced dead at scene
The Axia driver suffered serious head and body injuries. A medical officer pronounced her dead at the scene.
Two others critically injured
The passenger, a 39-year-old woman who was the driver's sister, and the motorcyclist were seriously injured and treated in the red zone at Hospital Tuanku Jaafar.
Police investigating the crash
Nilai district police chief Superintendent Johari Yahya confirmed the accident was reported to the district operations room at 9.01am.
