Singapore launches mobile arrival card
Starting September 30, travelers entering Singapore can complete the mandatory Singapore Arrival Card through the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority's mobile app instead of the website.
Passport scanning auto-fills your details
The app lets travelers scan their passport's biometric page to automatically populate their information, saving time compared to manual entry.
Expanded language support reaches 19 options

The app now supports 19 languages including Indonesian, Dutch, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Filipino, and Italian, up from the original web version.
Who must submit the arrival card
All incoming visitors including Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and long-term pass holders must submit the card before arrival, except transit passengers and overland travelers through specific checkpoints.
QR codes enable passport-free clearance
Travelers can generate QR codes through the app for passport-free immigration clearance at Singapore's land checkpoints at Woodlands and Tuas.
Update your MyICA app before September 30
Travelers must update the MyICA mobile app to the latest version to access the new features and submit arrival cards from September 30 onwards.
