Initial salad lineup
The initial lineup will include popular salads from CPK’s menu, like the BBQ Chicken Chopped and Thai Crunch.
Premium pricing strategy
Prices will be 'premium yet accessible' and competitive with other premium fresh salads, said Michael Beacham, president of CPK Global.

The full lineup and participating stores will be announced closer to the nationwide launch next year.
Salad recipe development
The salad recipes were developed by CPK’s culinary team, which then worked with FiveStar to source ingredients and ensure national scale production.
Retail history
CPK has had a presence in grocery stores since 1999, when it launched frozen pizzas with Kraft Foods.
Recent retail expansion
In March, the chain announced the addition of frozen appetizers and entrees to its retail selection starting in 2027, as well as the expansion of frozen pizzas to new international markets.
Automated kiosks plan
And in August, the chain said it will install up to 1,000 automated pizza kiosks in nontraditional locations like airports over the next three years.
Strategic vision
Fresh salads are the natural next step, said Beacham, to put CPK in the refrigerated aisle and into places like corporate dining, campuses, and healthcare facilities.
