Autumn Setola, 20, was shot multiple times by her stepsister Camryn Moore and Moore's boyfriend Cory Armstrong during a Thursday morning rampage in Gastonia, North Carolina.

She called for help with her nose

Unable to feel her arms after being shot, Setola heroically dialed her boyfriend Jacob Henson using the tip of her nose to call for emergency help.

“She likes to sleep in. So, when I saw her call me, I was like, 'Wow this must be really bad,' 'cause it was like 8:51 a.m.”

Two people killed in the home

Victoria Moore, Autumn's stepmother, and Josiah Bumgardner, her brother, were found dead at the scene. Autumn's stepbrother Keaton Moore was also shot and now faces a 50 percent chance of walking again.

After the rampage, Camryn Moore and Cory Armstrong fled to southern Ohio in a vehicle belonging to Armstrong's late mother, triggering a manhunt across state lines.

Suspects died in police chase

Both Moore and Armstrong died of suspected self-inflicted gunshot wounds Friday following a wild police chase in Ohio. Their deaths are being investigated as a possible double-suicide.

Survivor faces long recovery ahead

Autumn has undergone multiple surgeries for shattered arms and a leg injury. She was moved out of the ICU into recovery, with GoFundMe pages set up to help the family with mounting medical bills.
