A reality star's facial illness has turned into a weekly medical bill she cannot pay, and a GoFundMe she did not want. Even with insurance, a serious illness can cost $7,000 a week, and pride is often the last thing to go. Originally reported by Page Six.
She never wanted the page

Brandi Glanville's friend Gina Rodriguez set up a GoFundMe for her medical bills. Glanville, 53, says she is embarrassed by it and hates asking anyone for help.
“I never thought I would do this”
Crying on her own podcast

She broke down on Friday's episode of "Brandi Glanville Unfiltered," telling co-host James Maas that Rodriguez gave her no say in it.
“I'm embarrassed, honestly, because I don't like to ask for help”
Seven thousand a week

That is what treatment costs her, insurance included. Creditors call all day, and missing a payment could cut off the medication keeping her progress going.
Her co-host pushed back

Maas told her the shame belongs somewhere else entirely. Glanville said she does not want anyone to see the page, but has run out of other options.
“It's not embarrassing. What's embarrassing is the whole medical system”
A long list of diagnoses

Drug-resistant bacteria with biofilm, Valley fever, Demodex dermatitis and mono. She is also preparing to have a fungal ball removed from her face.
“If I don't find a doctor to cut this out of my face, I'm just going to do it myself”
Four years of guesses

She went public in 2024 blaming Bravo and stress. Since then doctors have floated a parasite, edema, ruptured implants leaking silicone, and a benign tumor in a facial lymph node.
“Stress will kill you. How is your wealth? Take care of yourself, people.”
