Massive train show returns to Edison

Greenberg's Great Train & Toy Show comes to the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center on November 28-29 with thousands of trains, collectible toys, and hundreds of vendor tables.

Operating layouts fill the convention center

The show features large operating model railroad layouts, miniature railroads with moving trains, detailed buildings and accessories throughout the venue.

Free seminars teach model railroading

Free seminars teach model railroading

Attendees can learn about building model railroads, using digital command control systems, and making trains and layouts look more realistic through free educational sessions.

Designed for hobbyists and families

The show welcomes serious collectors, casual enthusiasts and families who want to see model trains in action. Children 11 and younger get free admission with a paying adult.

Sell your collection at the show

People with smaller train collections can bring them to the show and approach dealers about selling, even without being professional vendors. Larger collections can rent selling space.

Browse thousands of model trains

Attendees can shop model trains, cars, buildings, accessories and collectible toys while watching operating layouts run throughout the event.

Admission pricing and details

Children are admitted free. Adult admission prices have not yet been posted, but the previous show in Oaks charged $12 on Saturday and $11 on Sunday at the door, with online tickets $1 less.

Greenberg's 50-year history

Greenberg has been running train shows since 1976 and describes the series as the largest and longest-running train and toy show in the Northeast.

Location and event details

The show runs Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29 at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center, 97 Sunfield Avenue, Edison, New Jersey.
