Forty experiences, a gala with seven chefs, and a beach barbecue on Seven Mile Beach in the dead of January. Cayman Cookout 2027 runs January 14 to 17 at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, with packages from $3,200 a night and early booking access for hotel guests. Originally reported by Robb Report.
Four days, 40 experiences

The 18th Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout runs January 14 to 17, 2027, on Grand Cayman, stacking around 40 curated experiences with chefs, mixologists and sommeliers.
Ripert brings the roster

Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin heads the event, pulling in Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, José Andrés, Clare Smyth and Stefano Secchi for demos, dinners, a rum tasting and a beach barbecue.
Built to beat January

Ripert started it as an antidote to East Coast winter, a reason to swap gray skies for turquoise water and eat very well while doing it.
“We wanted to give people a reason to trade snow and gray skies for sunshine, turquoise water, and an unforgettable culinary experience.”
What a ticket costs

The resort package starts at $3,200 per night with a three-night minimum, covering transfers, breakfast for two, three signature experiences and five demonstrations.
Seven chefs, one dinner

Saturday's Culinary Icons gala puts Christophe Bellanca, Claude Le Tohic, Boulud, E.J. Lagasse, Michael Cimarusti, Secchi and Eunji Lee each on a signature course.
Pétanque and patisserie

Sunday brings Ripert & Pétanque, a chefs-versus-guests match with rosé. New this year: Eunji Lee of Lysée hosts a tea and dessert afternoon.
A world tour by plate
Smyth cooks and tells stories, Secchi does Northern Italy at lunch, Cimarusti works seafood, Boulud takes an oceanfront French luncheon, plus dinners from Mexico, Thailand, Tokyo and India.
