A Morgan Hill man drove to Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose on Saturday morning and told staff he had killed his wife.
Woman dies at scene
First responders found a woman dying inside a vehicle parked at the hospital and she was pronounced dead at the scene despite lifesaving measures.
Lopez detained
Roy Anthony Lopez, 37, was detained by San Jose police and later booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of murder.
Children found at home
Officers searching the home on Vintage Lane found three children, ages 14, 6 and 3, who were taken to the Morgan Hill Police Department.
Woman’s identity unknown
Police did not immediately release the woman’s identity or disclose how she was killed.
