Martinez questions United's recruitment

Lisandro Martinez criticized Manchester United's offseason player recruitment after a 2-0 Champions League loss to Atletico Madrid.

“I have to control myself a lot. But sometimes it’s a reflection in the mirror of how is our club at the moment”

United's technical director under fire

Jason Wilcox, United's director of football, overspent USD 213 million on players but the club has a winless run of five games.

Martinez demands stronger performance

Martinez said United's players need to be ready for tough matches despite a strong squad.

“I expect more from our technical director. I would have to be honest, as the players, we have to do more”
