TIME and data firm Statista presented Asia-Pacific's Best Employers twenty twenty-seven for the first time, recognizing leading organizations that create outstanding workplaces across the region.
Survey covered over eighty thousand workers
The ranking drew from an initial pool of over seven thousand Asia-Pacific companies. A three-step methodology identified the top five hundred using surveys of over eighty thousand employees, both part-time and full-time.
Eligibility required regional presence
Companies needed at least one thousand employees in Asia-Pacific and operational sites in at least two of fourteen markets: Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, China, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea…
Scoring combined direct and indirect ratings
The final score combined employees' willingness to recommend their current or previous employer on a zero to ten scale, plus their willingness to recommend other employers in their industry.
Data spanned three years of surveys
The scoring model used data collected in twenty twenty-four, twenty twenty-five, and twenty twenty-six. Each company received a maximum achievable score of one hundred, with the top five hundred earning the title Asia-Pacific's Best Employers…
