In brief
Frances Neagley steps out of Reacher's shadow and into her own Prime Video series, and the countdown to the drop is on. Neagley is Prime Video betting that Reacher's sharpest ally can carry a show on her own, so keep an eye on the release date and time for her first case. Originally reported by TechRadar.
Neagley gets her own show
Prime Video is pulling Frances Neagley out of the Reacher ensemble and giving her a standalone series. The franchise is no longer a one-man operation.
“Neagley is a Reacher spin-off starring Maria Sten's titular character”
Maria Sten carries it
Sten returns as Neagley, the role she has played across Reacher since season one. She goes from trusted backup to the name on the poster.
Born from the Reacher world
The spin-off grows straight out of the Reacher series, where Neagley was the one person Jack actually trusted to have his back.
The trailer has landed
Prime Video has already put out an official trailer for season one, the first real look at how the show plays without Reacher at the centre.
Reacher is still around
Alan Ritchson's Reacher remains the anchor of the wider franchise, so the two shows are built to feed each other rather than compete.
When it drops
The release date and exact launch time on Prime Video are the whole question here, so check before you clear an evening for it.
