Stadium food gets a major overhaul
M&T Bank Stadium is rolling out new dishes this Ravens season, from barbecue sundaes to Flamin' Hot Cheeto burgers. The stadium also completed a three-year renovation adding new venues like The Talon patio and Frank's RedHot Backstage.
The barbecue sundae is weirdly genius
The $18.99 Maryland Sundae looks disgusting but tastes delicious. It's a parfait glass layered with brisket, baked beans, macaroni, and coleslaw topped with a cherry tomato, inspired by Midwestern state fair treats.
“It looks like ice cream. And then you realize: that's coleslaw ... with a sliced cherry tomato on top.”
Frank's RedHot Backstage opens
The new sports bar and restaurant serves Sicilian-style pizzas for $38 and excellent wings. The Buffalo chicken pizza has a thick, not-greasy crust but is overpowered by salty blue cheese.
McCormick & Co. controls the spices
Hunt Valley's McCormick & Co. provides all condiments and spices at the stadium, including Old Bay Blackbird Seasoning. This herby, lemony twist on Baltimore's favorite flavor was made in partnership with the Ravens.
Maryland chicken from Perdue Farms
The stadium switched poultry suppliers and now sources chicken from Eastern Shore-based Perdue Farms. You'll find it on tenders and other chicken dishes throughout the stadium.
Budget-friendly Flock Friendly options
Hot dogs from Bovine & Swine in Wyoming cost just $3.49, soft pretzels are $1.99, and popcorn boxes are $1.99. These affordable options help families manage game day expenses.
The Dueling Dog is half pit beef
Russell Street Links' $24.99 Dueling Dog is a Nathan's frankfurter topped half with pit beef and half with crab dip. The concept is genius, but execution falls short with dry pit beef and minimal crab meat.
“I appreciated the concept of loading a dog with pit beef. Genius, truly.”
Flamin' Hot Cheeto burger is silly
The $18.99 Evermore Scorcher from Cask and Ember has a bun topped with crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos and Calabrian chili aioli. The burger itself is unremarkable, and the toppings can't save it.
Local restaurants still mostly absent
While Levy Restaurants works with local brands at Camden Yards, most of M&T Bank Stadium's stalls are run by Chicago-based Levy itself. Attman's Delicatessen was kicked out two years ago.
Skip the chains, try pupusas
Factoria Maria Pupuseria offers made-to-order quesadillas, nachos and pupusas as an alternative to Little Caesars, the official NFL pizza sponsor. Local options provide better value than national chains.
In short
The Ravens stadium food program is mixing affordable classics with adventurous, Instagram-worthy creations that actually taste good.
