Mayor Brandon Scott expressed outrage at the incident, saying every person in Baltimore should help find the suspects. He called the shooters cowards and said there is no way for them to reclaim humanity after this act.

“Every single soul in Baltimore should be asking if they know anything about the cowards who shot these seven people.”
