Patriots Wait on A.J. Brown

“We’ll have to see how he responds from practice [Friday], and then go from there.”
A.J. Brown's Injury Status
Brown sustained a high-ankle sprain in the first half of the Sept. 9 game against the Seahawks and returned to practice Wednesday.
“It’s still up in the air.”
Brown's Decision Process
Brown said his focus is on today and trying to get better, with his decision based on how he feels after practice.
“My focus is just on today and trying to get better, and see how I feel after.”
Vrabel's Assessment
Vrabel said Brown looks OK but will check his conditioning level and how he feels after practice.
“I think he looks OK, like everybody. Some good plays, some bad plays.”
Other Injuries

Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson and others are listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets.
“We’ll see how TreVeyon responds in the morning.”
Jets' Running Back

Jets running back Braelon Allen, who averages 4.1 yards per carry with two touchdowns, may become the primary option without Breece Hall.
“A big back. Usually, the first guy doesn’t tackle him, doesn’t bring him down.”
