Adani Navbharat Developers Pvt Ltd has started construction of rehabilitation homes at the 22-acre Matunga railway site.
Project includes 10,432 apartments
The project will house 10,432 apartments across 10 towers and 1,379 commercial and industrial units.
350 sq ft homes for eligible residents
Residents from Sectors 6 and 1 will receive homes first under the in-situ rehabilitation scheme.
Handover schedule for towers
The first five towers will be handed over by march 2029, followed by two by august 2029 and three by august 2030.
