Audio entertainment platform Pocket FM unveiled Sherpa, an AI-powered fiction creation tool designed to help writers develop complex, long-running stories spanning hundreds of episodes.

How Sherpa solves long-form fiction

The platform combines custom-trained AI models with hierarchical story planning and long-term narrative memory to maintain character consistency, track relationships and manage storylines across hundreds of episodes.

Multiple AI agents work together

Sherpa uses specialized agents for ideation, research, planning, writing, evaluation and narrative memory. Each agent handles a specific part of the creative process, from developing story concepts to generating scenes and recommending revisions.
