Two billion dollar AI hub for Kazakhstan
Freedom Holding Corp., a Nasdaq-listed group, is developing a two billion dollar hub under an agreement signed in November 2025 with Kazakhstan's Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development.
Hub capacity and client demand
The site will have one hundred megawatts of available power for AI model training, data processing and services. Demand already stands at twice the planned capacity of its first stage.
Public GPU cloud launches in 2027
Freedom plans to open its first GPU cluster to businesses and developers as a public cloud in twenty twenty-seven. A separate Freedom AI Super Cluster for government, business and science starts first quarter twenty twenty-seven.
