Grokipedia, SpaceXAI's AI-powered online encyclopedia, is updating articles again after a months-long pause. In August, Lawfare reported that articles hadn't reviewed edits since April.

The page for President Barack Obama was fact-checked two days ago. The page for Elon Musk was fact-checked within the last hour while the article was being written.

Updates are uneven across the site

The Honolulu page was last fact-checked seven months ago, showing that not every page has received recent updates. The platform's live updates site shows various recent changes, though many are just notes to recheck references and sources.

User suggestions are being accepted

A suggested update to the Gears of War: E-Day page noting the game's October sixth release date was accepted and now appears on the site. A request for an article about Meta's Muse chatbot is in review.

SpaceXAI breaks its silence

SpaceXAI did not immediately reply to a request for comment. Elon Musk has not posted on X about Grokipedia since February, though Benji Taylor, head of design at X and SpaceXAI, posted last week saying we haven't forgotten about Grokipedia and that version zero point two will be better than ever.

About a year ago, Musk claimed Grokipedia would be a massive improvement over Wikipedia. Version zero point two technically launched in November, but the platform has remained largely inactive until now.
