Crash details
Police said the crash happened Oct. 21 at approximately 3:08 p.m. on Racetrack Road about 500 feet north of Blue Lantern Drive.
Driver charged
Michael Stanton, 64, was charged with vehicular manslaughter, failure to exercise due care for a pedestrian, and overtaking a vehicle stopped at a crosswalk.
