Melissa & Doug's Lights & Sounds Fire Truck Activity Board has been recalled due to a detachable fire hose port that poses a choking hazard.

The red plastic fire truck features spinning wheels, a white rotating ladder, and a black plastic fire hose connector. It has busy board activities that activate lights and sounds.
How to identify recalled units
Check the bottom of the toy for date wheels. Affected units show arrows pointing to 25 and 4 or 5, or 26 and 3. Look for date codes OET 25100, OET 25150 or OET 26064 on the packaging.
