Restaurant incident followed
Police were called to Wild Wing Cafe on Woodruff Road after a reported assault. Brian Hickerson was detained, then released with no charges.
Brother was arrested
Zach Hickerson was arrested for disorderly conduct after police said he was intoxicated and shouted profanities in public. He was later released on bond.

Panettiere’s representative said the investigation was ongoing. Brian Hickerson’s lawyer said police had reported no signs of foul play.

First responders were sent to Judson Mill Lofts on Aug. 16 after a report of an unresponsive woman. Panettiere was pronounced dead at 2:31 p.m.
