Bose pioneered clip-on open earbuds

Bose helped popularize clip-on open earbuds that wrap around the outside of your ear like a statement earring. The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds launched in two thousand twenty four as a major brand's big swing on the form factor.

New models arrive October first

Bose is expanding its clip-on open earbud offerings with the new Bose Sport Open Earbuds and Bose Ultra Open Earbuds second generation, both launching October first. The original Ultra Open Earbuds are now on sale.

Price drops to one hundred ninety nine dollars

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are discounted from two hundred ninety nine dollars to one hundred ninety nine dollars, a thirty three percent reduction. This matches the lowest price seen for them.

Design leaves inner ear open

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds wrap around the outside of your ear, leaving your inner ear open to hear the world around you. They have no noise cancelling, making them ideal for outdoor activities or home use where awareness matters.

Premium pick for outdoor use

In the open earbuds guide, they are the pick for best premium open earbuds, with better controls, sound, and comfort than the competition. The discount makes the price much more palatable for outdoor running and cycling with podcasts or audiobooks.
