## Four defenses to avoid
Several defenses could hurt your fantasy chances in Week 2. Here are four to keep out of your lineup.
## Dolphins got torched by Raiders
Miami allowed 305 yards and 27 points to one of 2025's worst offenses. They finished as D/ST18 in Week 1.
## 49ers will punish Miami again
San Francisco scored 27 points against the Rams, one of 2026's supposedly best defenses. Miami faces them next.
## Titans defense still struggling
Despite new coach Robert Saleh's defensive reputation, Tennessee allowed 23 points to the Jets and finished tied as D/ST28.

> New jerseys, new coach, same old Tennessee Titans.
## Eagles too much for Tennessee
Philadelphia scored 24 points in Week 1. The Titans won't fix their defensive problems in time for this matchup.
## Barkley primed for bounce back
Saquon had 83 rushing yards in Week 1. Tennessee allowed 152 rushing yards to the Jets, seventh most in Week 1.
## Saints couldn't stop Jahmyr Gibbs
New Orleans lost 31-30 to Detroit. Gibbs ran for 156 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries.
## Derrick Henry awaits the Saints
Baltimore's running back had 144 yards and three touchdowns in Week 1. The Ravens scored 41 points, second highest in the league.
## Commanders mediocre in Week 1
Washington tied for D/ST19 with five teams after facing Philadelphia. They're set up for another poor showing.
## Cowboys historically dominate Washington
Dallas scored 20 points against the Giants in Week 1. In two 2025 games against the Commanders, they scored 30 and 44.
## Key takeaway

Avoid starting the Dolphins, Titans, Saints, and Commanders defenses in Week 2 due to difficult offensive matchups.
