## Sixteen days after the wedding
William Micah Carter, his wife Jennifer Lower and their cat Bert died in late November when their car hit a jackknifed big rig. They were driving home from their wedding reception in Oregon.

Rajinder Kumar, a 32 year old Indian national, was driving the truck. California had issued him a commercial license. ICE arrested him after an Oregon jail released him.
