## Canva bundles creative tools together
Canva launched ProSuite to connect Affinity, Cavalry, Flourish, and Leonardo with over 100 new features across its creative portfolio.
## Affinity Photo gets biggest update
The photo editor received an improved RAW development engine, batch imports, and the ability to apply looks to entire shoots at once.
## New AI and specialized tools added
Scene Decomposition uses AI to split flattened images into layers, while a new Astrophotography Studio handles stacking, star separation, and color calibration.
## Enhanced file compatibility across apps
Affinity can now work directly with InDesign files and import Affinity files into Cavalry, plus new Noise Reduction, Generative Upscale, and HDR tools.
## Free version stays free, no changes
Both Affinity and Cavalry remain free to use as promised. Paid plans unlock Canva AI Studio and Teams, but the core photo editor costs nothing.

> both Affinity and Cavalry are still free to use, as was promised when the Canva rebrand launched back in October 2025
## ProSuite pricing structure explained
ProSuite is a marketing umbrella term like Adobe Creative Cloud, not a separate product. It bundles multiple apps and services under one ecosystem.
## Key takeaway

Affinity Photo got its biggest update with new RAW tools, AI features, and astrophotography workspace, while remaining completely free to use.
