## Blu-ray audio on Apple TV 4K
Someone has demonstrated that Blu-ray's Dolby Atmos TrueHD lossless sound can work on Apple TV 4K using an elaborate system that converts the audio through the device's spatial audio.
## How the workaround works
The system converts Atmos audio to Apple's custom spatial audio system and then back to Atmos, creating a roundabout path to achieve the result on hardware that does not natively support it.
## Impractical for most users
While the workaround proves it is technically possible, the elaborate setup is so complex that most people would not attempt to replicate it themselves.
## Key takeaway

Someone demonstrated that Blu-ray Dolby Atmos TrueHD sound can work on Apple TV 4K through a complicated conversion process, though the method is impractical for most users.
