## A love story becomes two books
Ashley and David Eckstein released matching books on the same day: David's memoir 'Just Enough' and Ashley's fiction novel 'Lucky 22,' both inspired by their real relationship and both hitting the bestseller list.

> Oh my gosh, that's Disney magic. That should be a movie.
## David's memoir about overcoming odds
In 'Just Enough,' David Eckstein, the 2006 World Series MVP, shares his journey overcoming obstacles to achieve his dreams, with a message that you don't need to be the biggest or strongest to succeed.

> You can be just enough.
## Ashley's fiction inspired by true love
'Lucky 22' is 90% true, with their actual meeting as one chapter. Ashley asked their publisher Blue Box Press to create matching 'his and hers' editions released simultaneously.

> It's inspired by our true love story, but it's about 90% true.
## Cast as Ahsoka in a banner year
Ashley was cast as the voice of Ahsoka Tano in 2006, the same year David won the World Series and they got married. She writes about this casting journey in 'Lucky 22.'

> It was a huge year in our lives.
## The Icelandic accent that wasn't
Director Dave Filoni originally wanted Ahsoka to have an Icelandic accent, but Ashley was ultimately chosen for the role. She struggled with the accent during the casting process.
## Keeping the secret from family
Ashley had to keep her Ahsoka casting secret from certain family members during the early stages, adding to the drama of landing the iconic voice role.
## Books available now everywhere
'Lucky 22' and 'Just Enough' are available for purchase wherever books are sold. Both 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars' movie and series stream on Disney+.
## Key takeaway

Ashley and David Eckstein turned their real love story into two simultaneous bestselling books, one memoir and one fiction, while Ashley shared details about her casting as Ahsoka in 2006.
