## Ayush Services Sector Growth
The Ayush services sector has emerged as one of India's fastest-growing service segments with economic contribution estimated at USD 36.92 billion in 2024-25.
## Projected Expansion by 2047
The sector is projected to expand to USD 216-318 billion by 2047, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 16.91 percent since 2022-23.
## Livelihood Support
The sector directly supported 1.76 million livelihoods, with more than one million jobs concentrated in local and standalone clinics.
## Medical Value Travel Revenue
The sector generated USD 1.77 billion in Medical Value Travel revenue in 2024-25, with international patients contributing 15-25 percent of hospital-segment revenues.
## Ayush Systems Breakdown
Ayurveda accounted for USD 17.73 billion, or nearly 48 percent of the sector's total revenue, while yoga centers alone registered 75 percent growth in revenue over two years.
## International Patient Trends
Establishments with dedicated functional websites had 3.6 times higher odds of attracting international patients, while quality accreditation doubled such odds.
## Future Growth Areas
The report identified four broad areas for strengthening the sector: Ayush knowledge value chain, enterprise and institutional capabilities, global competitiveness, and MVT innovation through digital technologies and AI.
