## Chris Rock's Direction
Chris Rock's direction and acting receive criticism for being less compelling than his lead character.

> Rosalind Eleazar is spectacularly compelling. Chris Rock's direction (and stupid hat) is less so.
## Misty's Relationships

> Zach (Driver), a lower-rent (and coke-loving) filmmaker who has a line on some quick cash if Mist: Misty is willing to take a little jaunt to Dubai for an overnight visit with a shady prince.
## Misty's Final Choice
Misty faces difficult decisions as Chris Rock's film pushes her toward worse choices.

> The movie calms down for a lower-key final scene, but it still somehow places Rock’s character back at the center of the narrative.
## Key takeaway

Rosalind Eleazar delivers a compelling performance in Chris Rock's film Misty Green, which faces criticism for its direction and character development.
