## Colorado player apologizes
Colorado defensive back Ben Finneseth apologized for calling Northwestern's temporary stadium 'a (expletive) library' in a video.

> (expletive) sounds like a (expletive) library. It’s football.
## Player promises change
Finneseth said it was 'childish' and 'stupid' and promised it would not happen again, vowing to be more mature.

> It was childish. It was a stupid thing that I said. It won’t happen again...
## Coach dismisses players
Coach Deion Sanders dismissed several players for a pattern of behavior, not just the loss to Northwestern.

> It’s never one thing... Those guys will tell you: I’m the most loving, giving and forgiving man you can ever meet.
## Coach explains pattern
Sanders said last season's 3-9 record resulted from not enforcing discipline enough, leading to team collapse.

> A year ago, I didn’t put my foot down in it enough... It lingered a little bit. Then, it imploded.
## Coach takes accountability
Sanders admitted he should have taken responsibility for the team's behavior, not blaming others.

> I don’t push the buck and push the blame on anyone else. It’s on me.
## Team's performance issues
Colorado has 28 penalties for 247 yards this season, with Sanders focusing on discipline in games.

> We’re challenging them to be who they say they want to be.
## Player reaction
Linebacker Tyler Martinez said the dismissals were hard to see but emphasized team focus over self-interest.

> It’s hard to see somebody go... If you’re about yourself, got to do what’s best for us.
## Coach's focus on team
Sanders stressed the team must win the right way without losing sentiment or bad-mouthing opponents.

> We want to win the right way... We don’t want to do things that are associated with losers.
## Team's next challenge
Colorado faces Baylor with penalties as the top concern after a game with four turnovers and nine penalties.

> It’s hard to fathom... We’re challenging them to be who they say they want to be.
## Coach's commitment
Sanders said he would not tolerate behavior detrimental to the team, emphasizing team over self.

> You don’t care about the team. You care about you. I have a problem with that.
## Team's response
Players approached Sanders to prevent further dismissals, showing proactive leadership.

> I applaud them for that... coming to me ready to get ahead of it.
## Key takeaway

Colorado defensive back Ben Finneseth apologized for calling Northwestern's temporary stadium 'a (expletive) library' after coach Deion Sanders dismissed players for pattern of behavior.
