## Farid Basharat's Criticism
Farid Basharat, a 29-year-old undefeated bantamweight with a 7-0 UFC record, criticizes the UFC for prioritizing blood and quick finishes over elite competition.

> I think the company the ufc is manufacturing a fan base that doesn’t appreciate good-quality fighting
## UFC's Financial Strength
The UFC has a reported seven-year, $7.7 billion deal with Paramount, yet Basharat argues financial success doesn’t mean prioritizing the right things for the sport.
## Basharat's UFC Exit
Despite an undefeated record and a unanimous decision win over John Garza at UFC 329, Basharat was not re-signed by the UFC.
## Dana White's Explanation
Dana White states that an unbeaten record alone doesn’t guarantee a fighter a place on the UFC roster, citing factors like matchmaker preferences.

> I mean this isn’t the first time this has happened
## Basharat's Defense
Basharat insists his exit has nothing to do with his fighting capabilities and that he never turned down fights during his UFC run.

> I always turned up and fought regardless of injuries and weight deficits
## UFC's Position
The UFC has not explained the specific reason for Basharat’s exit but acknowledges that multiple factors could lead to a fighter being cut.
## Key takeaway

Undefeated UFC fighter Farid Basharat claims the promotion prioritizes blood and quick finishes over technical quality.
